I had an issue with the window washer fluid pump, it qiut working on my 2015 F150. So I called Countryside Ford in Columbus on Monday morning and asked if they could squeeze me in that afternoon to fix my problem. The manager of the service department said sure, bring it in after work and we'll get you in which they did. I think I was there for maybe 45 minutes while they went ahead and replaced the pump which was still under warranty. I've had nothing but great service from them and would recommend Countryside Ford to whomever would need to purchase a vehicle or whoever would need service.
Everyone here was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in, test drove the car I was interested in, worked out the deal and the car was ready for pick-up the next day, including a tutorial on how to use all the gadgets in the car. I will definitely go back there for service and future vehicles!

I couldn't have picked a better dealership to work with or have worked with a better salesman. James worked with me through all steps of the process (beat the price of other dealerships) and stayed in continued communication with me as I was traveling to purchase. Frank, the finance guy was patient with my 4,972 questions and took his time to walk me through the purchasing process. Even now 3 weeks after purchase and a minor concern with the car they have been willing to work with me and I am making the 2 hour drive to have the work done.
Craig was the representative who helped me and he was super polite and seemed very concerned to help me. I was very pleased with my visit, you guys have earned future visits from me. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone!!
The oil change was done quickly and efficiently. A good check of the vehicle was also included in the service.
First time bringing my 2012 Ford F150 with the 5.0 engine to Countryside Auto in Columbus. It had issues with steering that a different service center couldn't diagnose. I dropped it off and was given a 2017 Ford F150 as my loaner truck and got a call back that same day about my truck needing a new control arm and that they ordered the parts. My truck was done in 26 hours and it rides like it's brand new again! A huge thank you to the mechanics for being so quick and thorough, awesome job!!
